We have an exciting opportunity available to support one of our trust schools as an Outreach Practitioner, operating on a satellite basis at Malet Lambert School. This new, joint venture between The Hub School and Malet Lambert School has been set up to support a small number of students in Key Stage 3 with an alternative curriculum and approach within Malet Lambert’s SEMH support provision.

You will work with school leaders to support targeted students within the provision, eventually supporting a successful transition back into a full curriculum. You will support the school in achieving a truly inclusive environment and contribute to the wider school community at Malet Lambert School.

This role is permanent and will be paid on the TEAL Associate Pay Scale at point 11 with an actual annual salary of £21,110.

The working hours are from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday during the school term.  You will also be paid for an additional 35 hours per year, to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours.

If you are interested in working on a part time or flexible basis, please get in touch as we would be happy to explore this further with you.
