Trust Directors

The Education Alliance has a dedicated school improvement and support team driven by Trust Directors. Trust Directors are experienced senior leaders, with a proven track record of school improvement. Each Trust Director has a specific area of accountability across the Trust and works with senior and departmental leaders in all Trust schools in order to nurture, support and guide school leaders in order to maintain Trust standards.

The Education Alliance has a team of School Improvement Leaders, with dedicated time to support colleagues within the Trust to improve teaching, learning and improve attainment within curriculum areas. Directed by Trust Directors, School Improvement Leaders work with teachers and middle leaders, through the provision of bespoke CPD programmes and coaching to maintain Trust standards.

South Hunsley School is lead school in the Wolds Teaching School Alliance , which provides a wider network of partner institutions locally to ensure the best range of expertise and skill is available to lead, support and develop any school seeking the professional services of the TSA. Wolds TSA’s partners come from all phases: primary secondary and higher education institutions.
