Trust Members
At TEAL, members play a vital role in ensuring strong governance and accountability across our schools. Similar to shareholders in a company, they hold the Trust Board accountable for effective decision-making but are not involved in day-to-day operations. To maintain independence, members are separate from trustees. They are key to safeguarding the integrity of TEAL’s governance and may step in for critical decisions if the trust faces challenges. Staying informed about our performance, they provide oversight and ensure that we remain focused on delivering the best outcomes for our students.
