About The Hub School

We are a school offering specialist support for students with social, emotional and mental health needs. Our aim is to improve the life chances of young people for whom mainstream education has not so far been successful.

Find Out More

Due to a new and exciting partnership with other schools within our Trust, we require two skilled Outreach Practitioner’s to lead on the delivery of this new outreach support programme. These roles will be fundamental to supporting schools in delivering the best possible Tier 1 support in the areas of pastoral care, social and emotional wellbeing, and mental health.

The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating and delivering appropriate support for identified pupils through a bespoke support offer, underpinned by the social and emotional learning model, playing an essential part in helping pupils overcome barriers in order to be successful in school.

There are two permanent posts available, and these will be paid on the TEAL Associate Pay Scale at point 11 with an actual annual salary of £21,110.

The working hours are from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday during the school term.  The successful candidates will also be paid for an additional 35 hours per year, to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside normal working hours.

If you are interested in working on a part time or flexible basis, please get in touch as we would be happy to explore this further with you.
