Find Out MoreSouth Hunsley School and Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint an IT Team Leader to work 37 hours per week, all year round. Your actual salary is SCP11, £22,183 per annum and you will be entitled to 22 days annual leave + bank holidays. You will provide a lead role for the provision of IT Support and manage a small team of IT technicians, whilst been supported from a technical aspect by the central IT team The role will include opportunities to troubleshoot and problem solve, therefore a solution-focused approach, and a background in troubleshooting will enable you to help support and resolve a wide range of issues from initial contact and request, through to escalation to an engineer or third party. You will cover all aspects of technologies from networking, servers to end-user devices, including hardware you will also use server technologies to provide IT Services.
Our technologies cover a range of systems from windows 10 desktop computers to windows server 2012R2 to 2019, Android, IOS and Chromebooks and a host of other systems both physical, virtual, and web-based systems.
